1945 Airplane DC-5 (XC-99) Airplane patent invented by Theodore Hall. The US Patent and Trademark Office issued the patent on November 13, 1945. It was the C-5 of its day and during the Korean War was very valuable to send large sized cargo from the East to West Coast.
