Item arrived damaged in box since it was not boxed very well to protect it. Poster is crumpled up and messy due to this. Disappointed. **came back to add that seller did refund my order and was working to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. She does truly care about her customer service and I would order from her again and give her another try in the future if I needed a print she had to get.
